What to Expect:
Arrive between 7:30–7:45 PM to settle in
Optional ceremonial cacao served on arrival to open the heart
Sound journey begins promptly at 8:00 PM
Vibrational healing concludes around 9:00 PM
Community wind-down + soft hangs until 9:30 PM
Each session may include guest healers offering gentle co-facilitation, such as reiki, breathwork, or intuitive sound weaving, as part of the collective field of care.
What to Bring:
A pillow and blanket or nest of your choosing
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Journal (optional, for integration afterward)
A few mats, pillows, and blankets are available if you need extra support.
