Earth-Based Nourishment Retreat

A weekend of connection, stillness, and elemental wisdom

JUNE 27-29
APPLE RIVER CANYON, IL

YOU ARE NATure

This retreat invites you to move slowly, breathe deeply, and listen — to the Sounds of nature, to your body, and to each other.

Join us for a two-night camping immersion rooted in the rhythms of the earth, designed for reconnection, restoration, and reverence. Together, we’ll walk lightly on the land, honor silence and sound, and explore our inner landscapes through nature-based practices.

This is for individuals who are called to spend time in nature and with community in deep appreciation of the natural world and want to gain a deeper awareness of themselves through a spiritual lens.

**If you are considering joining this retreat I invite you to read the full contents of this page and reach out with any questions using the contact form on this page. If you are ready to reserve your spot, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

What to expect

This is not a retreat where you’ll be catered to. It’s a communal return to the land—a guided rewilding experience rooted in elemental wisdom, ecological connection, and collective care. I’ll hold space, offer teachings, and set the rhythm—but you are also your own guide, and we move together as a community.

We’ll be cooking together, cleaning together, and co-creating the experience. This is a space for listening—to each other, to the land, and to ourselves.

What’s Provided:

  • A group camp kitchen with stove, kettle, and basic staples

  • Shared breakfast ingredients

  • Art + journaling supplies

  • All workshops, meditations, and nature quests
