Join us each month for a grounding evening of deep rest and vibrational alignment in an intimate living room setting. Come and find stillness in the gentle frequencies of crystal singing bowls and immersive vibrational healing.
What to Expect:
Arrive between 7:30–7:45 PM to settle in
Optional ceremonial cacao served on arrival to open the heart
Welcome/introductions at 8:00 PM
Sound journey begins at 8:15 PM and lasts until 9:00 PM
Community wind-down + soft hangs until 10 PM
Each session may include guest healers offering gentle co-facilitation, such as reiki, breathwork, or intuitive sound weaving, as part of the collective field of care.
What to Bring:
A pillow and blanket or nest of your choosing
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Journal (optional, for integration afterward)
A few mats, pillows, and blankets are available if you need extra support.
A cat lives here so be aware if you have sensitivities.
